Roots to Ground Us and Wings to Help Us Fly {Chapter 13}

We used to wrap up Christmas books for advent and read them every day and I wish we still did.

Now I unwrap Lego Harry Potter and put them on display on his chest of drawers.

We used to, and still do, decorate cookies every Christmas Eve.

And they only get sillier and sillier as the years go on.

Mum always wins, but then again she is the judge.

We all wear Christmas jumpers and go to the local Christingle service

and eat way too many mince pies and mulled wine.

We reminisce on the years gone by and tell the memories we share to our younger sisters.
