Oh my goodness! What a week. It started off with one young member of our family being burgled at knife point. We spent the beginning of the week giving police statements until the early hours of the morning, and the rest of the week reacting to the whole situation. No-one was hurt, but it has made us rethink a lot of the freedom we give the children. Suddenly the area in which we live does not feel quite as safe as it always has. Even though the man in question was caught, charged and is currently in custody, it has shaken us all. Needless to say we have done very little this week, bar trying to come to terms with what happened. So there is no precious moments post today.
